The
pig is launched through a launcher into the piping;
The
cleaning action of the pig is created by the frictional drag
provided by the oversize diameter. In addition, the pressure
created by the fluid on the rear of the pig compresses the
pig longitudinally. This increases the frictional drag on
the walls of the pipe and the pig's scraping action. This

through the foam body creating a high velocity, low volume
jetting bypass. This bypass flushes debris ahead of the pig,
suspending some of the debris in solution and sweeping it
out of the line. Pig can be used in wide range of piping

wastewater, gas, process, oil and gas,etc.
During
pneumatic pulse cleaning, it is driven by compressed air
while water inside is cleaning medium,then strong pulse and
high velocity turbulence will be created. The pulse extends
along with water and air turbulence, and a kind of
sand-spray effect will be formed by hard impurities(such as
silt and Ferric chloride) ,then they will be broken away
from internal surface and flushed out of drainage with the
flow. It is applied in municipal water and heating supply
piping.
